The Legion LS-125 gives production kitchens 125 gallons of fast, uniform, steam-powered cooking in a rugged, ergonomic package. A seamless 304 stainless liner, full 304L jacket and Low-Rim™ profile make this kettle easy to clean, comfortable to use and built to last shift after shift.
