Integrated twin-shaft mixer
- Totally enclosed gear motor with two fixed speeds (≈23 RPM & 46 RPM main agitator).
- 304 stainless anchor-style agitator hugs the kettle wall for full-surface blending.
- Removable nylon scraper blades wipe the entire cooking surface clean.
- Counter-rotating stainless beater (≈60 RPM & 120 RPM) improves circulation.
- Bayonet-mounted shafts remove in seconds for cleaning or non-mixing operation.
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift and positive rim-lock for safe, one-person handling.
- Safety interlock prevents high-speed starts when mixer is not fully engaged.
