- Full-body insulation (“Insulated for Safety™”) keeps exterior surfaces cooler and reduces energy loss.
- Thermostat temperature control, 150 °F – 260 °F, with low-water cut-off & indicator light for worry-free operation.
- 2″ compression draw-off valve and 304 stainless draw-off tube for quick, smooth portioning or draining.
- Stainless steel control console (seam welded) and four sturdy stainless legs with adjustable bullet feet.
- Factory-installed kettle protection system: pressure relief valve, air eliminator, pressure gauge and jacket-water fill.
- Field-replaceable heating elements minimize downtime and service costs.
