Built in the USA for high-volume kitchens, the Skittle® replaces a steamer, kettle, griddle, fryer and roasting oven in a single 31"-high station. Its patented insulated Capsule Lid, direct-steam heating and gentle 10° tilt let you move seamlessly from delicate veggies to 70-lb fry batches without changing equipment.
