Gas-Fired • 132,000 BTU • Made in the USABuilt for high-volume foodservice operations, the Legion Combi-Pan® CSG41-9 replaces multiple pieces of equipment with one ultra-versatile, insulated tilting skillet. Sear, braise, griddle, steam or shallow-fry up to 40 gallons of product, then pour off safely with the smooth 10° tilt and 1 ½" draw-off valve.
