Purpose-built for today’s demanding galleys, the Lang® Marine 36" Heavy-Duty Electric Range delivers the versatility of (2) 12" hot tops, (2) 8" French plates and a full-size sheet-pan oven—all in a rugged, hatchable, marine-approved package.

  • Full-size oven holds one 18" × 26" sheet pan; 150 – 450°F solid-state thermostat with 1-hour timer keeps baking and roasting on point.
  • Marine-grade construction: 430 stainless exterior, heavy-duty spring-assisted door, 3" insulation and Incoloy sheathed elements built to withstand constant vibration and salt air.
  • Two-piece “hatchable” design moves through a 26" × 66" watertight hatch for easy installations and retrofits.
  • Safety at sea: full-width grab bar, front & side sea rails and flanged bolt-down legs keep the unit—and your crew—secure in heavy seas.
  • Simple clean-ups thanks to a 2-¾" wide grease trough with drain and removable spillage drawers.
