Built for serious production kitchens, the Lang R36S-ATCM combines two 12" × 24" hot tops, two 8" French plates and a full-size electric oven in one rugged 36" footprint. Independent thermostatic controls let you sear, sauté, simmer and bake simultaneously―all behind a sleek, NSF-listed stainless-steel exterior.

Cooktop Performance

• Two 12" × 24" × ¾" cast-iron hot tops, each governed by its own 850 °F thermostat for precise heat across the entire plate.
• Two 8" French plates with six-position heat switches—perfect for delicate sauces and small batch cooking.
