Built for the busiest commercial kitchens, the Lang R36C-ATEM combines six high-output French plates with a full-size convection oven—delivering multi-zone sautéing, searing and baking power in one rugged 36-inch footprint.

  • Six 8" diameter sealed French plates; each plate is controlled by its own 6-position heat switch for precise surface temperatures.
  • Convection oven accepts up to six 18" × 26" sheet pans and includes three chrome-plated racks on six slide positions.
  • Oven temperature range 150–450 °F (65–232 °C) with 60-minute timer & audible alarm.
  • 1/3 HP oven blower ensures even heat distribution for faster, consistent baking and roasting.
  • Heavy-duty 430 stainless-steel exterior with a 2" vented stainless stub back—built to withstand daily commercial abuse.
  • 17" high aluminized-steel oven liner, wrapped in 3" of high-temperature insulation for maximum energy efficiency.
  • Incoloy-sheathed heating elements for long service life.
  • Left-hinged, positive-latch oven door for one-handed operation.
