Built for blue-water galleys and offshore platforms, the Lang Marine Heavy-Duty Range combines a full-width ½" steel griddle with a high-performance convection oven – all in a rugged, two-piece hatchable frame that moves through a 26" × 66" watertight hatch. From sunrise breakfasts to late-night service, it delivers the capacity, control, and durability professional crews demand.
