Model R36C-ATCM | 2 Hot Tops • 2 French Plates • Convection Oven Base

Engineered for blue-water durability, the Lang® Marine R36C-ATCM delivers restaurant-grade performance in a hatchable, bolt-down package that is UL Marine and NSF listed. Two 12" hot tops, two 8" French plates, and a high-capacity convection oven give shipboard chefs the versatility they need in a single 36" footprint.

  • Incoloy-sheathed heating elements & 1/3 HP blower for even, fast heat.
  • Full-width grease trough, drain, and removable spillage drawers accelerate cleanup.
