Model R36C-ATBM | 3 × 12" Hot Tops | 6-Pan Convection BaseEngineered for blue-water reliability and galley efficiency, the Lang® Marine R36C-ATBM combines three independent 12" hot-top sections with a high-capacity convection oven, all inside a rugged, two-piece, hatchable chassis that bolts securely to the deck.

- 36" (914 mm) heavy-duty electric range – ideal footprint for most shipboard galleys
- Three 12" × 24" × ¾" cast-iron hot tops, each governed by its own 850 °F (454 °C) thermostat
- Convection oven holds up to six full-size (18" × 26") sheet pans on six rack guides; three racks included
- Oven control: 150–450 °F (66–232 °C) thermostat with 60-minute timer & audible alarm
- High-velocity 1/3 HP blower and Incoloy sheathed elements for fast, even baking & roasting
- Full-width front grease trough, drain, and removable spillage drawers speed clean-ups
- 430 stainless-steel exterior with No. 4 marine finish; aluminized-steel oven liner
- Sea rail & full-width grab bar protect crew and cookware in heavy seas
- 2" vented stainless stub back and flanged, bolt-down legs (UL Marine deck-mount design)
- Two-piece “hatchable” construction passes through a 26" × 66" watertight hatch

Marine-Grade Construction
- 3" high-density insulation on six sides of the oven keeps heat in, galley temps down
- Left-hinged, positive-latch oven door resists opening when the vessel rolls
- Grease-shielded, front-mounted controls for safe access
- Flanged legs accept ½" or ⅜" bolts for permanent deck fastening
- Meets U.S. Navy & commercial standards for electrically heated galley equipment
