Built for relentless commercial use, the Lang R36C-ATBM packs three independent cast-iron hot tops and a full-size convection oven into a compact 36" footprint. From high-heat searing to delicate baking, this all-electric workhorse delivers the precision, capacity and durability busy kitchens demand.

  • Three 12" × 24" × ¾" cast-iron hot tops create a seamless 36" surface—slide stock pots anywhere without lifting.
  • Each hot top is independently regulated by an 850 °F thermostat for true multi-zone cooking.
  • High-performance convection oven accepts six full-size (18" × 26") sheet pans; three chrome racks included.
  • Solid-state 150–450 °F oven thermostat with 60-minute timer and audible alarm.
  • Right-side ⅓ HP blower guarantees even bake results and fast recovery.
  • Rugged 430 series stainless steel exterior with easy-clean No. 4 finish.
  • 2" vented stainless stub back protects walls while fitting under standard hoods.
  • Fully insulated oven cavity (3" on all sides) boosts efficiency and keeps kitchens cooler.
  • 6" adjustable stainless legs with bolt-down flange for rock-solid installation.
