Lang® Marine 36″ Electric Heavy-Duty Range – 24″ Griddle / 2 French Plate Top
Model R36C-ATAM | Convection Oven BasePurpose-built for life at sea, the Lang® Marine range delivers full-size galley performance in a hatchable, two-piece design that sails through a 26″ × 66″ watertight hatch. From searing on the ½″-thick griddle to sautéing on twin 8″ French plates and batch-baking in a high-volume convection oven, this 36″ workhorse is ready for any shift on board.
Cook-Top Versatility
- 24″ × 24″ griddle, ½″ thick steel plate for fast heat recovery & even browning
- Snap-action thermostats (one per 12″ griddle section) – accurate from 150 – 450 °F
- (2) 8″ diameter French plates with 6-heat switches for precise pan control
- 2¾″ full-width front grease trough with drain and deep spillage drawers for quick clean-ups
- One-piece welded splash guard on rear & sides of griddle
Marine-Grade Construction
- Heavy-duty 430 series stainless steel exterior with No. 4 marine finish
- Sea rails and full-width front grab bar keep cookware secure in rough seas
- Flanged, bolt-down 6″ legs for positive deck anchoring
- 2″ vented stainless-steel stub back
- 3″ high-density insulation on all six oven sides
- Hatchable two-piece design simplifies shipboard installation

- 17″-high aluminized steel cavity holds up to (6) 18″ × 26″ sheet pans

- Incoloy-sheathed heating elements & right-side ⅓ HP blower for even bake
