Built for the busiest kitchens, the Lang R30 Series packs heavy-duty performance into a 30-inch footprint. A precision snap-action griddle, high-heat hot top and stainless steel standard oven give chefs the versatility to sear, sauté, simmer and bake—all on one rugged, mobile platform.

  • Heavy-Duty Hot Top: Cast-iron surface stands up to daily abuse and is controlled by its own thermostat for precise zone cooking.
