Lang 30" Electric Restaurant Range – 18" Griddle & French Plates

Model R30S-ATD • 14 kW • cULus & NSF Listed

Combine a lightning-fast snap-action griddle, two versatile French plates and a rock-solid standard oven—all in only 30 inches of floor space. The Lang R30S-ATD is built from heavy-gauge stainless steel, insulated on six sides and mounted on easy-rolling casters to power through the most demanding restaurant, hotel or institutional kitchens.

Top-Side Versatility

  • 18" W × 24" D × ¾" thick steel griddle plate with snap-action temperature control for rapid recovery.
  • (2) 8" diameter cast-iron French plates—each independently controlled.
  • 2.75" full-width front grease trough, integral drain and removable spillage drawers keep the workspace clean.
  • 2" vented stainless steel stub back contains splatter without adding height.

Standard Oven Performance

  • Solid-state thermostat adjustable from 150-450 °F (65-232 °C).
  • 60-minute timer with audible alarm—ideal for precise baking, roasting or holding.
  • Aluminized steel cavity with (3) rack positions; (1) chrome rack included.
  • Heavy-duty, hinge-down door for easy loading and service access.

  • 430 stainless steel exterior resists dents, corrosion and daily wear.
