Purpose-built for demanding galleys, the Lang Marine 30" electric range delivers the rugged durability of 430 stainless steel with the precision of solid-state controls. Two powerful 12" hotplates handle everything from sauces to stockpots, while the full-size oven below turns out perfectly baked or roasted menu items—even in heavy seas.
