Built in the USA for chefs who refuse to compromise, the Lang 30" electric range pairs a versatile hot-top / French-plate cook surface with a rugged, easy-to-clean standard oven. Perfect for high-volume restaurants, hotels and culinary schools that demand consistent results shift after shift.

Key Performance Benefits

  • (1) 12" × 24" × 3/4" cast-iron hot top delivers even heat up to 850 °F—ideal for stock pots, sauces and searing.
  • (2) 8" diameter heavy-duty French plates with individual infinite switches for precise simmer-to-sear control.
  • Solid-state oven thermostat holds 150–450 °F and includes a 60-minute timer with audible alarm.
  • Aluminized steel oven chamber with 3 rack positions; (1) chrome rack supplied.
  • Full-width 2.75" front grease trough, drain and removable spillage drawers keep the cook-top clean and safe.
  • Factory-wired 3-phase; field convertible to 1-phase at 208 V or 240 V for flexible installations.
