Built for galleys that battle constant motion, salt air and tight hatches, the Lang® Marine electric range brings full-size restaurant performance to sea-going kitchens. Four heavy-duty French plates handle everything from a low simmer to a rapid boil, while the solid-state-controlled oven turns out perfectly baked or roasted dishes—meal after meal, watch after watch.

  • Marine-ready construction – 430 stainless steel exterior, sea rail & grab bar, plus flanged bolt-down legs to keep the unit and cookware secure in heavy seas.
  • 4 French plates (8" Ø) – six-position switches give you precise control for sauces, stocks and sauté work.
  • Standard oven base – 3 rack positions with 1 chrome rack included; solid-state thermostat adjusts from 150-450 °F and features a 1-hour timer.
  • 2-piece “hatchable” body – separates for easy passage through narrow doorways and gangways during installation or refit.
