• (1) 12" W × 24" D × ¾" thick hot plate—ideal for sauté pans, stockpots and sauce work.
• Precise, independent controls for each surface let you run multiple menu items at once.
• 2.75" full-front grease trough with drain & removable drawers keeps the line clean and safe.
• 2" vented stainless-steel stub back protects backsplashes while allowing low-profile island placement.

High-performance convection oven

• Solid-state thermostat 150 – 450 °F with 60-minute timer and audible alarm.
• 2-speed fan (HIGH / LOW) with pulse capability for delicate bakes or full-force roasting.
