When galley space is tight but production demands are high, the Lang Marine single-deck convection oven delivers. Designed and certified for U.S. Naval and commercial marine applications, it combines rugged MIL-0-0043633E construction with ENERGY STAR® efficiency, so you can serve consistent, evenly-browned results anywhere your vessel sails.
