- Reinforced aluminized-steel baking deck with raised edges prevents warping.
- Incoloy-sheathed elements above and below deck; 3-heat selector (top / bottom / both).
- Knob-set thermostat from 100 °F – 550 °F (38 °C – 288 °C) plus 60-minute bell timer.
- Heavy-duty, spring-loaded marine door with positive-latch handle; door doubles as loading platform.
- 430 stainless-steel exterior with No. 4 finish — easy to clean & corrosion-resistant.
