Rugged stainless construction, bolt-down legs and independent deck controls keep production steady—even when the seas are anything but.

- Heavy-duty 430 stainless steel exterior resists corrosion from salt air and constant wash-downs.
- Aluminized, fully insulated cavity on all six sides maintains heat and lowers galley temperatures.

- 6" stainless steel bolt-down legs secure the oven to the deck for rock-solid stability.
