- Snap-action thermostats in every zone maintain set temps from 200 °F to 550 °F (93 °C – 288 °C) within seconds
- 5" high, tapered wrap-around splash guard contains splatter on pitching decks
- 8 qt. front-mounted grease drawer with locking tab plus full-width grab bar for safe, easy service
- All-304 stainless steel exterior & welded steel frame—corrosion-resistant and USCG compliant
- Flanged 4" bolt-down legs keep the unit secured to countertops or equipment bases
