Precision zone control
Each 12" section is governed by an embedded thermocouple and solid-state circuit that cycles heat more frequently than snap-action thermostats, holding surface temps to within ±4 °F of set point. Grill chicken at 400 °F on one side while holding tortillas at 225 °F on the other—no flavor transfer, no hot spots.
