Purpose-engineered for shipboard galleys, it blends rock-solid marine construction with the responsive, zone-controlled heat professional cooks demand.
Key performance features
- 1" (25 mm) precision-machined & polished steel plate for exceptional heat retention and easy release.
- Four independent 6 kW Incoloy elements (24 kW total) – one every 12" – deliver even, edge-to-edge heat.
- Accu-Temp snap-action thermostats (1 per 12") accurately hold 200 °F–550 °F (93 °C–288 °C).
- 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard plus 3.5" wide, 8 qt grease drawer with locking tab for mess-free operation in rough seas.
- Full-width front grab bar protects controls and offers a sturdy handhold on rolling decks.
- All-304 stainless exterior over a welded steel frame; fully enclosed control compartment resists salt spray.
- Flanged 4" bolt-down legs meet USCG requirements for vessels 65 ft+.
- ETL Marine & NSF certified, proudly made in the USA.
