Give your serving line the strength, speed and precision it deserves. The L-82186 Hot Food Table from La Rosa Refrigeration & Equipment Co. holds six full-size (12" × 20") pans in either wet or dry mode, each with its own infinite control. A one-piece 304 stainless top, integrated fill faucet and manifold drain simplify everyday operation, while the rugged open base adds a generous plate shelf for quick staging. Built, welded and finished in Detroit, this table is designed to work as hard as you do.

  • Six die-formed 12" × 20" wells – accommodates pans up to 6" deep or fractional pans with divider bars
  • Wet or dry holding with individual infinite-heat controls and positive “off” position
  • High-output 7.2 kW tubular heating system; low-water safety cut-off protects elements
  • Built-in ½" NPS swivel fill faucet and ¾" manifold drain with gate valve for fast water exchange
  • One-piece 16 ga 304 stainless top with 2 ⅝" nosing & seamless 6" backsplash
  • Full-length, 9 ½" × ½" NSF Richlite cutting board secured by stainless pins
  • Open cabinet base with die-formed 8" deep dish shelf (≈ 14 ft² storage)
  • 8" stainless legs with 1 ⅛" adjustable bullet feet for a level 36" working height
  • All-around 304 stainless steel front, ends, undershelf & interior – corrosion-resistant & easy to clean
