Serve-ready foods safely and efficiently on even the busiest serving lines. Built entirely from 304 stainless steel, the La Rosa L-82186 combines six individually controlled wet/dry wells, a convenient cutting board work surface, and an open storage base into one seamless 86-inch module.

  • One-piece 16 ga. 304 stainless top with 2 ⅝" nosing and full finished welds for superior sanitation
  • Factory-plumbed ¾" drain manifold with front gate valve for fast, mess-free water removal
  • ½" swivel fill faucet located at the control end for easy refilling during service
  • 9 ½" × ½" NSF Richlite cutting board held secure with stainless pins—perfect for plating and garnishing
  • Open cabinet base with integral dish shelf and 20 ga. 304 plate shelf for extra storage
  • 8" stainless legs (1 ⅝" O.D.) with 1 ⅛" of bullet-foot adjustment to level the unit on any floor
