- Five 12" × 20" die-formed wells accept pans up to 6" deep (wet or dry).
- Individual infinite controls with positive OFF position for each tubular heater.
- Built-in common water bath tank with manifold drains, gate valve & swivel fill faucet.
- One-piece 16 ga 304 stainless steel top with 6" backsplash and full finished welds.
- 9 ½" × ½" NSF Richlite cutting board runs the full 72" length and removes easily for cleaning.
- Open cabinet base with 8" deep plate shelf plus integral undershelf/dish shelf with marine edge.
- All-stainless front, interiors & ends; sound-deadened galvanized channels for rock-solid rigidity.
- 8" stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet (1 ⅛" range) for easy leveling.
