Modular Electric Hot Food Table – 72" (5-Well)
La Rosa Refrigeration & Equipment • Model L-82172 • Made in Detroit, MIEngineered for busy cafeterias, catering lines and institutional kitchens, the La Rosa 72" Hot Food Table delivers consistent, wet-or-dry heat across five full-size wells—all in a rugged, fully welded 304 stainless-steel body that stands up to daily abuse.
Key Features
- Five 12" × 20" × 6" deep drop-in wells – use wet or dry
- Tubular immersion heaters with low-water cut-off & individual infinite controls
- Common water-bath tank with ¾" manifold drain, gate valve & swivel fill faucet
- 16 ga one-piece top with 2 5⁄8" nosing and 3⁄8" radius sanitary cove corners
- 9½" × ½" NSF-approved Richlite cutting board—removable for cleaning
- Open cabinet base with integral dish shelf and 8" deep stainless plate shelf (marine edge)
- Full finished welds inside & out; all exposed surfaces in #4 satin 304 stainless
- 8" stainless legs with 1-1⁄8" adjustable bullet feet for perfect leveling
- 6.0 kW electric; single phase hook-up (208 V or 240 V—specify)
- Compatible with other La Rosa modular pieces under one continuous top (up to 10')
