Crafted from all 304 stainless steel and finished with full welded seams, this 48-inch unit delivers uncompromising durability for the busiest food-service lines while presenting a clean, professional appearance out front.

  • Three 12" × 20" wells — operate wet or dry, each with its own infinite heat control.
  • Integrated water-bath tank with manifold drains, gate valve & swivel fill faucet for fast filling and effortless draining.
  • Heavy-duty 16 GA 304 stainless-steel top with reinforced 2 ⅝" nosing.
  • Full-length 9 ½" × ½" NSF-approved Richlite cutting board.
  • Open cabinet base and integral undershelf keep plates and utensils within easy reach.
  • 8" stainless legs with 1 ⅛" adjustable bullet feet for perfect leveling on uneven floors.
  • Tubular immersion heaters with low-water cut-off for safer operation.
  • Stainless front, ends, interior and shelf in sanitary #4 finish.
