Modular Equipment 82000 Series | Made in Detroit, USAEngineered for busy serving lines, the L-82148 delivers precise temperature control, effortless cleanup and a rock-solid 304 stainless steel build that stands up to years of commercial use. Connect it to any 120, 208 or 240-volt single-phase circuit, fill the common water bath through the swivel faucet and start holding entrées, sides or sauces at safe, appetizing temperatures within minutes.

- Common water bath with integral drains, manifold and gate valve for quick emptying.
