Hold entrées, sides, and sauces at precisely the right temperature in a compact 30-inch footprint. The L-82130 combines two full-size hot wells, a rugged cutting board, and generous under-counter storage into one NSF-compliant workstation that’s built to thrive on busy serving lines.

  • (2) 12" × 20" die-formed wells – operate wet or dry.
  • Independent tubular immersion heaters with low-water cut-off and infinite dial controls.
  • Factory-installed ¾" manifold drains, gate valve, and swivel fill faucet speed daily cleanup.
  • One-piece 16 ga 304 stainless top with 2 ⅝" nosing and full, sanitary welds.
  • 9 ½" × ½" NSF white Richlite® cutting board—removable for easy sanitation.
  • Open cabinet base with integral dish shelf and 20 ga plate shelf for pans or utensils.
  • 8" stainless steel legs with 1 ⅛" adjustable bullet feet stabilize the unit on uneven floors.
  • Single-phase junction box—field wire for 120 V, 208 V, or 240 V service.
