Built for high-volume foodservice, the La Rosa 86-inch hot food table keeps entrées and sides at perfect serving temperature while standing up to years of daily use. A heavy-gauge, one-piece stainless steel top, common water bath, and powerful immersion heaters make this unit a reliable centerpiece for cafeterias, buffets, and catering lines.

  • Six 12″ × 20″ openings accept standard full, half, or fractional pans (dividers optional).
  • Wet-bath design distributes heat evenly and prevents scorching.
  • Two immersion heaters with low-water cut-off and independent thermostatic controls deliver a total of 6 kW.
  • Die-formed 16 GA type 304 stainless steel top with 2 ⅝″ nosing and fully finished welds.
  • 9 ½″ W × ½″ T NSF-approved Richlite cutting board mounted on stainless steel brackets for prep and plating.
  • Integrated deck faucet plus ¾″ NPT drain & gate valve for quick fill and drain of the water tank.
  • Open cabinet base with integral dish shelf keeps plates and trays within arm’s reach.
