Engineered from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel and powered by two high-output ring burners, the L-80172 holds five full-size steam table pans in a single, water-jacketed tank for gentle, even heating that protects food quality through the busiest rushes.

- Five 12" × 20" wells formed into a common water bath—no divider seams to trap debris.
- Dual ring burners deliver 44,000 BTU/hr with pilot lights, safety valves, and shut-off.
- 9 ½" × ½" NSF-approved Richlite cutting board spans full length for plating or garnishing.
- Front cabinet base with integral dish shelf keeps dinnerware right where you need it.
- 3/4" NPT drain, gate valve, and swivel faucet speed up refills and cleanup.
- 16-ga type 304 stainless top, fully welded & polished #4 satin finish.
- Stainless front, undershelf, interior ends; exterior ends are painted steel to save cost without sacrificing durability.
- 8" stainless legs with bullet feet—1 ⅛" height adjustment for a level line-up.
