Fabricated entirely from type 304 stainless steel and shipped fully welded, it rolls wherever you need it—then locks firmly in place for service.
Whether you’re lining up multiple griddles, a charbroiler–griddle combo, or an entire bank of induction ranges, the 98 × 28 inch footprint and 27 inch working height give your staff the elbow room and ergonomics they need to keep tickets moving.
