Every seam, shelf, and weld is crafted in Detroit from food-service-grade 304 stainless steel for unmatched durability and easy sanitation.

- Turn-up rear splash with utility knockouts for quick, tidy electrical and plumbing connections.
- 9 ½" W NSF-approved Richlite cutting board (full 114" length) reinforced with stainless channel and drop-leaf supports.
- Removable equipment support rails allow you to position griddles, charbroilers, or countertop ovens exactly where you need them.
- Open cabinet base includes a matching stainless undershelf & full front panel for extra storage and a clean workspace façade.
- 8" stainless steel legs, 1 5⁄8" O.D., with bullet feet providing 1 ⅛" of height adjustment for perfect leveling.
