La Rosa Refrigeration equipment, including this utility stand, comes with a standard one-year warranty from the date of shipment from the factory, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
A service labor warranty is available, with La Rosa covering reasonable labor charges for a period of 90 days from the original shipping date for approved on-site repairs. An additional 9 months labor warranty may be purchased at an extra charge if ordered and paid for at the time of the original job.
The warranty does not cover damage due to accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. It also excludes loss of food or other products, initial installation costs, control adjustments, normal maintenance, freight damage, and refrigeration items not installed at the factory.
You must obtain a repair work order from La Rosa Refrigeration prior to shipping any defective part or unit back to the factory. The dealer accredited with the original sale should be contacted to provide the original La Rosa invoice number, date, model, and serial numbers of the equipment.
An extended four-year warranty on the original hermetically sealed compressor can be purchased at an additional charge, though this specific utility stand does not contain a compressor. This extended warranty, when applicable, covers only the direct cost of the compressor itself, not labor or freight.
