Model L-21172 • Modular Equipment 21000 Series • Made in Detroit, MIBuilt for demanding cooklines, the La Rosa L-21172 delivers −5 °F to 0 °F holding temperatures in a rugged, easy-clean cabinet while giving you a full 16-gauge stainless work surface with a 6" rear backsplash. Remote refrigeration keeps heat and noise out of the kitchen, allowing chefs to prep, plate and serve with confidence.
