3" recessed “Bloomington-style” cold well | Model 4100-3*Keep toppings, proteins, and grab-n-go items safely chilled and perfectly displayed with La Rosa’s Detroit-built, 3-pan drop-in cold pan. Engineered for demanding commercial kitchens, this mechanically-cooled unit drops into any counter, delivering NSF-7 certified holding temperatures between 33-41°F in a durable, 304 stainless steel tank.
