- Low-temperature, self-contained system with expansion valve for rapid recovery.
- Side-mounted condensing unit keeps heat away from cooks and simplifies service.
- Automatic defrost timer with evaporator heater; operates between -5 °F and 0 °F.
- Rigid polyurethane foam insulation retains cold and boosts efficiency.
- Fully welded, finished seams for a sanitary, easy-clean exterior.
- 6" removable stainless-steel legs with 1-1/8" bullet-foot adjustment.
