Production Equipment 3100 Series | Made in Detroit, MIBuilt to anchor the busiest cooklines, the 3190-RR combines a heavy-duty work surface with a high-performance remote refrigeration base. Six self-closing drawers keep product ice-cold between 36 and 40 °F, while the 90-inch stainless top—with 1 ⅛" marine edge and integrated radiant-heat blanket—doubles as a rugged equipment stand.
