A rugged, fully welded stainless-steel body teams with a remote refrigeration system to deliver reliable, energy-efficient performance shift after shift.

- One-piece 18 GA type 304 stainless-steel top with 1-1/8" marine edge and optional radiant-heat blanket.
- Remote air-cooled evaporator coil with factory-installed expansion valve; ready to connect to a field-supplied condensing unit.
- (2) self-closing drawers, each furnished with two 12 × 20 × 4" polycarbonate pans and a stainless divider bar.
- High-impact plastic drawer jams with concealed perimeter magnets for a tight, energy-saving seal.
- Rigid polyurethane foam insulation maintains 36 – 40 °F product temperatures.
- Stainless-steel front, ends and 6" adjustable legs; legs are removable in the field or swappable for optional casters.
- Fully finished welds and uniform component integration for long service life and easy cleaning.
- Low electrical demand—only 0.8 A at 115 V—for condensate evaporator and controls.
