La Rosa 3002-SR Refrigerated Equipment Stand – 102"

Engineered for production lines and cook-stations that demand rock-solid cold storage directly under hot equipment, the 3002-SR delivers 8½ feet of refrigerated capacity in a single, all-stainless platform. A radiant heat blanket beneath the one-piece 304 top shields the refrigeration system, while an expansion-valve design snaps temperatures back to set-point the moment the drawers are closed. Set it, load it, and keep the line moving.

• Six self-closing drawers (2 per section) – each holds (2) 12 × 20 × 4" full-size pans (included) with stainless divider bar.
• 18 GA type 304 stainless steel top – die-formed in one piece with 1-1/8" marine edge to contain spills.
• Integrated radiant heat blanket protects refrigeration when griddles, charbroilers or fryers sit on top.
• Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with forced-air evaporator & expansion-valve for rapid recovery.
• CFC-free, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation maintains 36–40 °F cabinet temperature.
• Fully finished stainless front & ends (#4 finish); clip-on louvered condenser panel for tool-free service access.
• 6" stainless steel legs with 1-1/8" adjustable bullet feet – removable in the field or swap for optional casters.
• Factory wired with lighted off/on switch & 6′ cord; simply plug into a standard NEMA 5-15R receptacle.
• NSF-compliant construction; built, tested and shipped from Detroit, Michigan.

• Heavy-duty locking casters in lieu of legs
• Hinged door kit in place of a 2-drawer tier (includes adjustable shelf)
