Installation Highlights
- Unit must be hard-wired by a licensed electrician to a dedicated 120 V/20 A circuit.
- Maintain at least 6" of clearance on all sides for ventilation; ambient temperature must not exceed 100 °F.
- Fill reservoir with a 33% food-grade propylene glycol solution before running the pump.
- Plumb 1/2" overflow to a floor drain to avoid spills.
- Allow bath to reach 32 °F before tapping kegs (beer temperature 36 – 38 °F recommended).
Routine Maintenance
- Clean condenser coil every 90 days.
- Check glycol level weekly; top off as needed.
- Replace glycol mixture every 12–18 months to maintain the correct 2:1 water/glycol ratio.
