The Keating of Chicago Safe & Easy SE14CF is a cabinet-contained central filter for a 14-inch square fryer with a 50 lb oil capacity. Its closed, hands-free system uses a 1/3 hp pump, strainer, filter paper, and Acidox filtering compound for oil filtration.
