The Keating of Chicago 72X30-G is a MIRACLEAN gas griddle with a 69 in W x 24 in D cooking surface, a 3/4 in chrome-finished griddle plate, and three zoned millivolt thermostatic heat controls.
The griddle provides 180,000 BTU/hr of natural-gas input or 180,500 BTU/hr of LP input. Electrical connections are not required.
