The Miraclean 48X30FT-G is a gas griddle with a 48 in W x 24 in D cooking surface and a 3/4 in chrome-finished griddle plate.
It features two zoned millivolt thermostatic heat controls, a front grease trough, stainless steel front, sides, and back, and a 120,000 BTU/hr gas input. Electrical connections are not required.
