Keating Sea Powder® is a crystalline, non-caustic cleaning powder especially formulated for boiling out fryers. Used with boiling water, it dissolves greasy buildup and removes carbonized grease buildup from fryer vessels.
Each case contains four 8 lb. jars. Mixed with hot water, a small amount can also be used to clean greasy floors, walls and exhaust hoods.
