Care & Maintenance
- Re-oil the maple top monthly (or when dry) with food-grade mineral oil or Boos Mystery Oil.
- Clean wood with mild soap & warm water; wipe dry – never soak or put in dishwasher.
- For stainless components, use non-chloride cleaners and a soft cloth, wiping with the grain.
