Built for the rigors of commercial meat-processing and high-volume prep, the 84" TC-3 Trimming Table delivers the legendary durability of John Boos in a food-safe, easy-to-sanitize package. A thick, reversible poly work surface absorbs impact without dulling knives, while a fully welded six-leg stainless steel base keeps the table rock-solid shift after shift.
